Since 1913 Oberndorfer Druckerei helped to write the book of Austrian printing history.
For the past 100 years we developed and optimized the printing industry. Due to our insistence of only offering the highest standards of quality and performance we have remained and will continue to remain a state of the art company, leading the way.
This has been our mission from the very beginning and continues to this day, resulting in Oberndorfer Druckerei becoming today one of the most up-to-date printing and communication companies within the German speaking regions.
Oberndorfer Druckerei is located near Salzburg (20 km), Munich 140 km, Vienna 300 km. It represents one of the most efficient platforms in Europe - servicing retailers, publishers and mail order companies across Europe.
We cover all relevant page counts from 16 to 80 pages with our six web-offset presses – operated by highly skilled personnel 24 hours a day an 7 days a week.
We offer a full in house service: from pre-press to personalization and mail sorting and a complete organization of logistic services with our fully automatic pallet packing construction.
Our own bindery expands our value added chain. The services go from saddle stitching to perfect binding (hotmelt & PUR), inserting and inkjet addressing as well as packing of several products and complete pallets.
With our logistics partners we deliver all over Europe.
We are a leader in following environmental standards and are certified according to PEFC, FSC and the EU ECO-label - whenever possible we prefer PEFC/FSC certified papers and choose the most sustainable production method.
Following the corporate vision – to care about sustainability and proactively work on environmentally friendly solutions – the next step was to implement an energy management system.
In cooperation with an engineering office which helped us by analyzing the energy flows and develop an energy policy with energy goals we have a certified energy management system according to ISO 50001.
The energy system reduce energy costs and therefore the output of greenhouse gases and CO2-emission. Main focus was to impart the customers that both plants are dealing aware and responsible with their resources.
